The dairy production suffered when temperatures rose above 100 degrees – a particular problem because the diary is located in the Phoenix area which averages 110 days above 100 degrees
Solution
We sprayed 2″ Closed Cell Spray Foam at the underside of the roof deck. We went with the Closed Cell Spray foam because it:

- helps protect building from rust, water & rodents
- can increase a buildings racking strength by 300%
